How to create conscious awareness of Menopause symptoms as Dangerous, Bothersome or Minor and begin to form a plan to manage them. (Hot flushes, Periods, Sleep disturbance, Heart, Brain, Bones, Breast, Skin, Hair and Nails)

How to be compassionate and kind with your menopause brain and learn to train it to stay calm and peaceful whatever the circumstance. (Mood swings, Anger, Irritability, Depression, Anxiety, Loss of Desire, Relationship challenges)

Learn about your genitals, bowel and bladder, feel comfortable about discussing your symptoms and get the treatment you need. (Vaginal dryness, irritation, recurrent infections, burning and painful sex, constipation, overactive bladder, Urinary leakage)

Learn how to design your holistic health plan and implement it so that you can ensure your health and wellbeing now and in the future.
